Medrano, the administration part of the AlphaTango web portal, is a service administered by the French Directorate of Civil Aviation Safety (DSAC). It allows to register the drones, to manage the professional operators and to delegate the notification of the drones flights.
Today, the DSAC assigns a delegate number to the company. This attribution allows professional operators to delegate their drone flight notifications to Etincelan.
