Etincelan is participating in the Call for Expressions of Interest (CEI) issued by the Service du Commissariat des Armées (SCA).
The SCA is responsible for the general administration and common support of the French armed forces. As such, it is responsible for the supply of clothing and individual equipment to the military.
The purpose of the CEI is to explore the potential of drones for surveillance of bases and delivery of effects within military compounds.
Etincelan specifies that these are non-lethal drones.
